The S.O.I surveyors perform sealing survey to preventunauthorized access to the vessel’s cargo-carryingcompartments when on passage and requireapplying/breaking seals to/from every possible cargocompartment access. As an addendum to the final reportannexed is the “Hold Closure Seal Certificate” with adetailed description of each seal location.
