SOI surveyors conduct bunker surveys to states the amount of bunker ( Fuel Oil and Gas Oil ) the vessel at a certain stage. Typically this is done prior to and after a time chartering period. Corrections can be made in order to state the amount of bunker at Delivery or re-delivery position based on charter party consumption
